Common questions

Inspections start at $349 for condos and townhomes, $419 for standard single-family homes, and $499 for homes requiring additional time. Final pricing is determined by factors including square footage, age, property complexity, additional structures, and requested add-on services. See our pricing page for details.
Most inspections take two to three hours, depending on the size, age, and condition of the home. You're welcome to join for the walkthrough at the end.
It's encouraged but not required. Attending the final walkthrough is a great way to see key findings in person and ask questions on the spot — but if your schedule doesn't allow it, your report will have everything you need.
A full visual evaluation of the home's major systems and components — roof, structure, exterior, foundation, basement, attic, insulation and ventilation, electrical, plumbing, and heating and cooling — followed by a detailed, photo-rich digital report with prioritized findings.
In most cases your detailed digital report is delivered the same day or the next morning, so it never holds up your contract timeline.
Radon testing and wood-destroying insect (WDI) inspections are coming soon as optional add-ons. In the meantime, ask us and we'll point you toward a trusted provider.
